13) Renovation with ABC-Hygienic ceiling tiles for Ceiling structures in bakery store.
 
Application: An old storage room with brick walls and ceilings was elected to modify in a finishing room for pastry production. The brick walls are very old and not even at all, what was resulting in a very uneven wall surface. The walls are first set with ABC-Hygienic Embossed panels with 10 mm polypropylene carrier. After finishing the wall a ceiling structure is installed. The structure is filled-up with ABC-Hygienic ceilingtiles with Embossed FRP and a 10 mm polypropylene carrier. The Ceiling tiles are easy removable for cleaning. It is allowed to wash the ceiling tiles in a crate washing machine
Used Materials:
- Walls are covered with ABC-Hygienic Insupanel 30 mm carrier and mechanically fixed on the wall with Omega profiles.
- A 60 cm x 60 cm galvanized structure from a typical manufacture of standard ceiling structures and tiles.
- ABC-Hygienic FRP Embossed (1,5 mm) ceiling tiles with 10 mm polypropylene carrier for 60 cm x 60 cm ceiling structures.
